If you want to save money, book well advance of your trip. In short, we enjoyed our stay and will very likely be back if/when we are need of a room in Milwaukee and would recommend it our friends. There is no microwave, in case that matters to you.
The room amenities were as advertised: iron/ironing board, single-cup coffee maker, refrigerator, and good Wi-Fi. When I opened the curtains, I was surprised at how hard it was really raining and how incredibly windy it was. Also a big plus, the night we stayed there was a big thunderstorm with tornado warning and, except for the occasional sounds of rain on the windows and distant thunder, it was very quiet. Well, the king-bed room was fabulous, very clean, and exceeded my expectations. Because I had a casino player's card, we did get the room at a reduced rate so I was a little nervous about what kind of room we'd get and what, if any, view we would have. While we have visited the casino on a number of occasions, we had never stayed in the adjoining hotel.
